ZY-C1 Series
ZY-C1 ISO 5675 hydraulic quick couplings for agricultural machinery, tractors, construction equipment, and other demanding hydraulic applications.
Features
- Poppet valves are available to prevent uncoupled leakage.
- Poppet valves open automatically when coupled within rated working pressure to maintain flow.
- Hard chrome-alloy balls are spring-loaded against the valve seat.
- The valve provides a metal-to-metal seal between the ball and conical seat.
- Critical parts are induction hardened for durability.
- A dependable ball-locking mechanism holds the mating halves together.
- Socket and plug are precision machined from solid bar stock.
- The ZY-C1 Series conforms to ISO 5675.
- Compatible with PARKER 4000 and FASTER NV/NS series.

Performance
The performance curve shows pressure-drop changes for different sizes at rated flow.
Coupling Fitting
The coupling fitting combines the socket and plug into a secure hydraulic connection. When disconnected, the valves close automatically to help reduce oil loss.
