ZY-FFH Series
ZY-FFH ISO 16028 flat face quick couplings combine low-spill valving, a sleeve lock, and zinc-nickel alloy plating for demanding hydraulic service.
Features
- The new valve design resists high flow and impulse pressure for improved performance.
- The sleeve rotates after connection to engage the lock and prevent accidental disconnection when dragged.
- The sleeve mechanism helps prevent debris from entering and incorporates a dust seal around the spring area.
- Hardened nipples, sleeves, and solid bar stock resist hydraulic and mechanical shock damage.
- A bonded nitrile/PTFE anti-blowout seal helps prevent extrusion or damage in severe service.
- A durable ball-locking mechanism distributes load evenly and reduces hose torque. CAUTION: Do not use as a swivel.
- Flush valving minimizes fluid loss during disconnection and air inclusion during reconnection.
- New zinc-nickel alloy plating provides enhanced corrosion resistance.
- The ZY-FFH Series conforms to ISO 16028.
- Compatible with PARKER FEM, STUCCHI FIRG, AEROQUIP FD89, and HANSEN FF series.
