ZY-TC Series
ZY-TC high-pressure quick couplings serve construction, railway maintenance, house moving, and hydraulic jacking equipment with faster positive connection than threaded types.
Features
- A positive valve stop and stem guide maintain alignment and provide a metal-to-metal stop so the valves open fully every time.
- Precision-machined valves with elastomeric seals provide positive shut-off after disconnection.
- Hardened nipples, sleeves, and solid bar-stock construction resist hydraulic and mechanical shock.
- A durable ball-locking mechanism distributes workload across multiple balls, reduces hose torque, and prolongs hose life; these products must not be used as swivels.
- A small-diameter mating seal minimizes separating force for easier connection and disconnection at pressures up to approximately 5000 PSI.
- The sleeve locking mechanism prevents accidental disconnection when the coupling is dragged along the ground.
- Compatible with PARKER TC series.
